Shipping Information
Please select your items, and then choose the type of shipping speed desired to determine the cost of shipping. All orders with destinations outside of the United States will be insured for full value, tracked until leaving the United States, and be considered delivered once the package is shown to have left the United States (FOB United States). The purchaser assumes responsibility for the items once they leave the United States. We will endeavor to assist you in locating lost items, and filling appropriate insurance documents on your behalf, if necessary.

Credit Card Information
Your billing address must be listed on the order form as the address you receive your credit card statement in order for credit card authorization. The billing name must also be exactly as written on your card. If you are shipping your order to an address different from your billing address, the customer service telephone number for your credit card needs to be included.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be exchanged/sale refunded, minus shipping charges, within five days of receipt (e-mail Sales@Parachute-Pants.com to select replacement products and obtain shipping charges) as long as they are returned in resellable condition which includes tags still attached, unwashed, and no signs of use or damage. Please see special holiday exceptions to this policy below.

Holiday Return Exceptions
During the Holloween and New Year's holidays, our return policy is different, mainly because of the large number of used returns that we receive. From 10 days before and 5 days after the celebrated holiday of Halloween and New Years, items ordered may be exchanged, but not returned for a refund.
